London Film Critics’ Circle nominees 2020

Nominations for the 40th edition of the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards were announced today and we're delighted to have a plethora of UA clients nominated. 

Taron Egerton is nominated for British/Irish Actor for for his incredible portrayal of Elton John in Rocketman

Jessie Buckley gains a nomination for British/Irish Actress (body of work) for her performances in Judy and Wild Rose, with the latter also being nominated for British/Irish Film and also has Hair and Make-up design by Jody Williams.

Up for both the Film of the Year and British/Irish Film are; 1917 and The Souvenir starring Andrew Scott and with cinematography by David Raedeker respectively. 

Rocketman bags a nomination for best British/Irish film, starring Taron EgertonTom Bennett, with Hair and Makeup design by  Lizzie Yianni Georgiou, Edited by Chris Dickens ACE and Peter Francis, Production Designer for Additional Photography.

Tomisin Adepeju's The Appreciation is nominated for British/Irish Short Film of the Year. 

Jeremy Woodhead is nominated for the Technical Achievement Award for his incredible work on Judy. 

The winners will be announced on January 30th.
