Kate Saunders began her career as a professional actor but moved into journalism following the publication of her first novel in 1986. She has written two literary novels, THE PRODIGAL FATHER and STORM IN THE CITADEL, and has edited an anthology (REVENGE) for Virago.
Author of eight novels, including The Season Ticket, Give Us This Day and Mr McCool, Jonathan Tulloch's work has been filmed, staged, Radio 4 serialised and translated into five languages. He won the Betty Trask Prize and The JB Priestley Award.
The Estate of Philip Kerr
Philip Kerr was born in Edinburgh in 1956. He studied law at Birmingham University and qualified as a barrister. After a brief period as an advertising copywriter, he left to pursue a career as a writer.
