UA’s Cinematographer Peter Suschitzky has collaborated with Dulwich Picture Gallery for their landmark exhibition celebrating 350 years since Rembrandt’s death.

Peter has worked with the gallery’s Director Jennifer Scott and Assistant Curator Helen Hillyard on the exhibition which opened last night and runs until February.

The shortlist for the coveted East Anglian Book Awards 2019 has been revealed, celebrating the very best of publishing, writing and reading in the region. Now in their 12th year, the awards celebrate writing talent within the East of England. 
The East Anglian Book Awards are a partnership between Jarrold, EDP, and the National Centre for Writing, supported by UEA Faculty of Arts & Humanities and the PACCAR Foundation.

We’re delighted to announce that Adam Mars-Jones has won the 2019 Fitzcarraldo Editions Novel Prize for Box Hill , a strangely tragic love story between two men set in the gay biker community during the late 1970s. Initially made possible by an Arts Council grant in 2017, the prize looks for novels which explore and expand the possibilities of the form, which are innovative and imaginative in style, which tackle subjects and themes relevant to the world we live in. Adam Mars-Jones receives a £3,000 prize in the form of an advance against publication, and Box Hill will be published in Fitzcarraldo Editions’ fiction list in March 2020.
