Caoimhe is from Dublin, Ireland. She is graduate of The Gaiety School of Acting - where she won the prestigious Gaiety Theatre Bursary, and Bow Street screen acting training.

Educated at Columbia University and a former Hodder Fellow at Princeton University, Darryl Pinckney is the author of a novel, HIGH COTTON, published in 1992, and, in the Alain Locke Lecture Series, OUT THERE: MAVERICKS OF BLACK LITERATURE (2002).

Clara can most recently be seen in Series 3 of BLACK SAILS for Starz.

Clara's Mother is a writer and her Father an artist. Clara started modelling after being talent spotted at a birthday party dressed as Marlene Dietrich.
