Ali Pye
Ali Pye has illustrated more than 30 books, which have been published around the world. She is the author of several picture books, and the ‘Harry Stevenson’ young fiction series. Ali studied fashion at Central St Martins before taking an MA in illustration at Kingston University.
Caryl Phillips was born in St.Kitts and came to Britain at the age of four months. He grew up in Leeds, and studied English Literature at Oxford University.
Simon McCleave
Simon McCleave was born in South London. When leaving University, he worked in television and film development. He was a Script Editor at the BBC, a producer at Channel 4 before working as a Story Analyst in Los Angeles.
