Prasanna studied Medicine at New College, Oxford and is now a writer, actor and director.

He is currently an Associate Artist of Wilton’s Music Hall and a Trustee of the National Youth Theatre, Headlong and The Criterion Theatre. He is a Patron of The Theatrical Guild.

In 2011 Prasanna was awarded the Ian Ritchie Bursary as runner-up for the JMK Award.
