TWO STRANGERS (CARRY A CAKE ACROSS NEW YORK) TO OPEN ON BROADWAY THIS AUTUMN

The hit musical Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) will transfer to Broadway this autumn, following acclaimed runs in London’s West End and at the American Repertory Theater in Boston.

Previews begin on Saturday 1 November 2025, ahead of an official opening night on Thursday 20 November 2025 at the Longacre Theatre in New York.

Sam Tutty makes his Broadway debut as Dougal and Jack Knowles joins the Broadway production on Lighting Design. 

The Observer called it “inventive and moving,” while The Boston Globe praised the “terrific chemistry” of its leads and described the show as “irresistible.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public from Wednesday 13 August at 10am ET via Telecharge.com, with a special preview promotion offering seats for $88 or under available until 20 August.
