National Film Awards 2025

We’re thrilled to celebrate our incredible clients whose work has been recognised across an impressive range of categories at the National Film Awards 2025.

In Best Drama, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy features stellar performances from Mila Jankovic, Oli Green, Elena Rivers, Neil Edmond, Seb Cardinal and Ellie White, with exceptional work by Molly Emma Rowe (Costume Design) and Francesca Jaynes (Choreography). The Outrun stars Eilidh Fisher, with Costume Design by Grace Snell, while Mr Burton highlights the vision of Production Designer Tim Dickel.

In the Best TV Drama Series category, Waterloo Road showcases the work of Lindsay Williams (Series Producer), Adam Leatherland (Producer), Kat Rose-Martin (Writer, Ep 2), and stars James Baxter, Saira Choudhry, and Rachel. It was directed by Thomas Hescott. SupaCell features cast member Ghetts, Editors Dan Robinson and Jo Smyth, and DOP Sam Heasman. MobLand boasts an ensemble cast including Tom Hardy, Luke Mably, Lucas Ely, and Dean Ashton, with Lawrence Gough (Director), Emma McCleave, Jo Smyth (Editors), and Si Bell and Sam Heasman (DOPs). Other standout entries include Curfew (with Oliver Alvin-Wilson, Richard Riddell, Mark Nutkins, and Raluca Petre), Adolescence (featuring Joe Barber, Matt Lewis, and David Thackeray), and Mr Bates vs The Post Office with a phenomenal team including Jill Trevellick (Casting), Colin Tierney, Kent Riley, Conor Mullen, Shaun Dooley, Nigel Egerton, Mike Jones, James Strong, and Antonia Lowe.

Code of Silence includes work by Production Designer Samantha Harley and DOP Sam Care, while Towards Zero stars Matthew Rhys, Jackie Clune, and Khalil Gharbia, with contributions from Nichola Wong (2nd Unit Director) and Christopher Watson (Editor). Baby Reindeer features Laura Smyth, Will Hislop, Joe Bone, Benjamin Gerstein (Editor), and Colleen O'Keeffe (Movement Director).

In Best Thriller, Black Cab is nominated with visuals from Charlotte Pearson (Production Designer) and Adam Etherington BSC (DOP).

SupaCell, Love Lies Bleeding (Sound Designer Paul Davies) and Cleaner (Cheryl Potter, Editor) are nominated for Best Action in a Film/Series.

Best Independent Film nods include Black Cab (Pearson & Etherington BSC again), and Four Mothers (Gary Dollner ACE, Editor, and Dearbhla Molloy, cast, with Casting by Louise Kiely CDG CSA).

In Best British Film, The Ballad of Wallis Island features Sian Clifford, Gabriela Yiaxis (Costume Designer), and Magni Ágústsson (DOP). Picture This stars Phil Dunster and Kulvinder Ghir, with cinematography by David Higgs. Marching Powder sees another turn for Molly Emma Rowe, and Cleaner is once again recognised for Cheryl Potter’s editing.

In the Best Comedy category, nods go to DEPARTURES (by Lloyd Eyre-Morgan and Neil Ely), Four Mothers (Dollner, Molloy, Kiely), Kneecap (Editor Julian Ulrichs), Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy (Jankovic, Green, Rivers, Edmond, Cardinal, White, Rowe, Jaynes), The Ballad of Wallis Island, Picture This, and Marching Powder.

We're also proud to celebrate Departures — written, directed by and starring Lloyd Eyre-Morgan, co-directed by Neil Ely, and starring Saira Choudhry — nominated for Best Comedy, marking a standout achievement for this independent gem.

Finally, Best Feature Film nominees include Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy and Havoc, which stars Tom Hardy and Jeremy Ang Jones, with creative contributions from Claire Pritchard (Hair & Makeup) and Sian Jenkins (Costume). In Best International Film, Kneecap and Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy are again recognised.
