AN INSPECTOR CALLS GOES ON TOUR

Stephen Daldry’s multiple award-winning production of JB Priestley’s ‘An Inspector Calls’ is set to go on tour this Autumn/Winter across the UK and US.

The revival premiered at the National Theatre in 1992 before transferring to the West End for two years. A Broadway opening followed, with the production winning four Tony Awards and seven Drama Desk Awards. Since then the play has been seen by over three million people worldwide, with multiple national and international tours.
This September, the people of York, Cambridge, Wimbledon and Cheltenham will have the chance to join the millions of theatregoers riveted by JB Preistley’s classic examination of class and conscience, before it transfers to the USA. Here it will thrill American audiences, playing at the Shakespeare Theatre Washington DC (20 November - 23 December 2018), Wallis Annenberg Center Los Angeles (22 January – 10 February 2019), Chicago Shakespeare Theater (19 February – 10 March 2019) and Arts Emerson, Boston (14 – 24 March 2019).
