Matt grew up in the Peak District and studied Drama at the University of Hull. After a decade of living in London he now lives and works in Cardiff. He has multiple projects in development with Clerkenwell Films, Quay Street Productions, Poison Pen Studios and at broadcasters: BBC/ITV/ Channel 4 and Netflix. His script Debris was on the 2022 Brit List.
