YOUR MIND IS LIKE THE SKY is her first book for children and will be published by Frances Lincoln in 2016/17. Aimed at children as young as 3 up to 8 or 9 it is a fun and accessible introduction to the idea that you can think about how you think – and control it. The aim of the book is to find ways of stopping children being stressed by negative thoughts, to show how normal these are, and to help them build their own self-confidence.
