Shannon Mahanty

Shannon Mahanty is a freelance writer and editor covering music, arts, sports, fashion and popular culture for titles including The Guardian, Vogue, iD, Dazed and more. She has worked in-house at the likes of ELLE Magazine, Vogue US and most recently the Evening Standard. With a sharp writing style and an in-depth and empathetic approach to interviewing, as a journalist she is regularly commissioned to interview high profile talent including Stormzy, Dina Asher-Smith, Ruth Wilson, Ava DuVernay and many more.
