Alison has just finished performing in Rosie Day’s play, (This is not) A Happy Room at the King’s Head (which was her professional debut at 82!), and has performed with amateur groups in North London since the mid sixties, notably the Tower Theatre in Stoke Newington where her roles include Daisy Werthan in “Driving Miss Daisy”, Queen Elizabeth 2nd in “Handbagged” and Mrs Wilberforce in “The Ladykillers”.
She recently played Miss Marple in the Tower Theatre’s production of Agatha Christie’s “The Mirror Crack’d”, newly adapted by Rachel Wagstaff.
