We are delighted to announce that Caleb Azumah Nelson has been selected as a National Book Foundation 5 Under 35 Honoree for his debut novel OPEN WATER. This hugely prestigious award was set up to recognize young, debut fiction writers whose work promises to leave a lasting impression on the literary landscape. Honorees are chosen by existing authors; Caleb was selected by Brit Bennett, author of THE VANISHING HALF. The prize will be awarded at a ceremony in New York next year.
