Matthew Broome is best known for his breakout role as the charismatic Guy Thwarte in Apple TV’s THE BUCCANEERS.
After graduating Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Matthew starred in the world premiere of Mike Bartlett’s play SCANDALTOWN at the Lyric Hammersmith and a run of THE COMEDY OF ERRORS in the Globe Theatre. He returned to the Globe Theatre stage to play Sebastian in a special 400-year anniversary performance of TWELFTH NIGHT with Stephen Mangan and Paul Chahidi.
Recently, Matthew co-led the Prime Video UK Original movie MY FAULT: LONDON in the role of Nick, a British adaptation of the first book in Mercedes Ron’s bestselling Culpables trilogy. He is set to reprise his role in the upcoming sequel, YOUR FAULT: LONDON.
