Catherine Humble is a lecturer in English and Creative Writing at Kingston University; she also teaches Literature at Goldsmiths and UCL. Catherine has a PhD on Raymond Carver and has published numerous essays on American literature, poetry and psychoanalysis. She is a book reviewer for several publications, including the TLS, the Telegraph, Prospect, and the Independent. She has edited a book on psychoanalysis and the body. As well as writing short fiction, Catherine has written an award-winning short film, available to watch here. Currently, she is Executive Editor of The International Journal of Psychoanalysis.
