Arden Jones

Arden is a neurodiverse and working-class mummy, carer and author from Essex/East London. Her debut young-fiction series - Witchy Boo will be published by Puffin Children’s Books and will be whooshing its way to bookshops in September 2026. Her debut picture books will be published shortly after with Scholastic.

Arden loves all things magic and witchy and believes that we all possess a little something that gives us our very own heart’s true fizz. She has loved reading and writing stories ever since she was little and is a firm believer that dreams can come true!

As well as this, she, alongside two writer friends, hosts Book Jam – a podcast book club where they chat all things classic and current books. Arden is also the founder and host of KidLit LIVE; a live YouTube show showcasing both unpublished and published authors and illustrators and includes conversations with publishing professionals.
