Serena Flynn

Serena Flynn is Head of Live Comedy at United Agents, where she has built the department into a dynamic and growing operation since joining in April 2024. She leads on strategy, representation, and partnerships across the live sector, with strong relationships spanning venues, festivals, promoters, and producers. The department now produces shows in‑house at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and represents its own roster of clients.

Trained at the internationally renowned École Jacques Lecoq, Serena brings a deep understanding of creative process alongside experience in comedy programming and producing, including senior programming roles at London comedy venues and a season with Country Mile Productions. She is passionate about live comedy as the foundation of sustainable comedy careers and is committed to championing artists through thoughtful, long‑term career development grounded in the realities of the live industry.
