Catherine has worked in the field of leadership development for over 30 years and is one of the UK’s most experienced executive coaches. Her practice, Sandler Consulting, was founded in 1998. She has taught at leading institutions including London Business School and INSEAD and is known for bringing deep psychological expertise to her coaching along with an extensive understanding of business and organisational life. Her coachees are mainly senior individuals and teams in large companies and partnerships. She also coaches entrepreneurs with SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) facing complex challenges as they grow. Catherine enjoys working with high-potential women and has run a Talented Women’s Leadership Programme since 2008.
