On Sunday 1st March, Matt Lucas returns to BBC2 at 6:30pm with his new ‘non verbal’ comedy series POMPIDOU.
Produced by Charlie Hanson, the show will centre on the character of Pompidou – a tubby, pompous, penniless, eccentric yet ultimately loveable aristocrat who lives in a clapped-out old caravan.
Featuring throughout the series will be an array of imaginative new characters, with Zara Tempest Walters, Tony Way and Jane Asher lending their comedic talents along the way.
