Victoria Smurfit

Victoria Smurfit is a celebrated Irish actress who can most recently be seen starring in the critically acclaimed Disney+ series Rivals as Maud O’Hara, alongside Aidan Turner and David Tennant. Victoria has been nominated for an IFTA for her performance. Recent television credits include Bloodlands, The Man Who Fell to Earth, Around The World in 80 Days, Strike Back, Marcella, Ballykissangel and Cold Feet, but she is perhaps best known for playing Cruella De Vil in the hit TV series Once Upon A Time for ABC and Disney. Victoria won Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the 2018 Irish Film and Television Awards for her performance in The Lears, directed by Carl Bessai – other leading film credits include About a Boy, Best Fake Friends and Among Ravens. For stage, Victoria has performed in seasons with the Royal Shakespeare Company and at Bristol Old Vic. She was most recently seen starring in Rachel O’Riordan’s production of Ghosts at the Lyric Hammersmith.
