Biography
Tony is an actor, writer and comedian who has starred in an eclectic range of screen projects. He has featured in the regular role of Lenny in all three series of Ricky Gervais’s hit sitcom-com After Life (Netflix), and other recent hit comedy series’ that he has starred in include Buffering (ITV), Dodger (BBC) and Mandy (BBC). A versatile performer, his dramatic roles include tragic, drunken knight Dontos in HBO’s Game of Thrones, dark true-crime miniseries Des (ITV), opposite David Tennant, and the Butterworths’ Britannia (Sky/Amazon), and he was a regular in the critically acclaimed Netflix/BBC co-production Giri/Haji. He has also recently featured in season 2 of Austin. Tony’s numerous film credits include the role of Lol in Ray & Liz, Robert in Ben Wheatley’s High-Rise opposite Tom Hiddleston and Kimmel in The Edge of Tomorrow opposite Tom Cruise.
Tony’s recent projects include filming for season 4 of Mandy (BBC Comedy) and season 25 of Midsomer Murders (ITV). He was most recently seen in Robert Zemeckis-directed Here, starring Tom Hanks, and the dark comedy feature Savage House, starring Claire Foy.
Upcoming, Tony will be seen in Apple Tv’s The Alex, and as Mr Smythley in United Magic’s Stargazers.
