You agree that you shall not:- modify the physical or digital copies of the Headshots you have downloaded or printed off (if any) in any way;
- reproduce and/or otherwise use the Website, Headshots or any Website Content in any manner for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, informing or in any other way developing artificial intelligence or machine-learning tools, technologies or systems (“AI”), including to adapt the Website, Headshots or any Website Content or to generate text, images, audio, video or other works in the same or similar style or genre as the Website or Headshots. We expressly reserve all rights to prevent such use, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including research and development;
- further copy or disseminate the Website Content, including Headshots, except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use; or
- use the Website, Headshots or any Website Content for any other commercial purposes.
