Biography
Sarah Ivens, PhD, is the best-selling author of lifestyle and wellness books, including A Modern Girl’s Guide to Getting Hitched and Forest Therapy: Seasonal Ways to Embrace Nature for a Happier You, and an accomplished ghostwriter, working on a variety of self-help titles with British celebrities including Dame Denise Lewis, Gabby Logan, and Vicky Pattison.
After five years in New York, where she was the founding Editor-in-chief of OK! magazine, two years in Los Angeles, where she worked for HBO and certified as a life coach, and seven years in Austin, Texas, where she completed a doctorate in Comparative Humanities and lectured as a professor in Media and Communication at The University of Texas, she is now home in England and living in Canterbury, Kent.
Her next book will be published by Little, Brown in June 2027.
