Rebecca Pizzey

Dr Rebecca Pizzey is a writer from Norwich, living in South London. She works at the Guardian and completed her PhD in Creative Writing under the supervision of Professor Bernardine Evaristo in 2025. Her short story ‘Deserving’ was published in the 2025 anthology It’s Fine I’m Fine, and she occasionally publishes short fiction on her Substack. She is currently working on her debut novel.
