R H Mottram

RH Mottram (1883-1971) was an English novelist, poet and historian who wrote about life during WWI. He served in WWI with the Norfolk regiment and went onto become Lord Mayor of Norwich, a role which he used to be particularly active in local heritage and conservation. The first in THE SPANISH FARM trilogy was awarded the Hawthornden Prize.
