Michelle Dockery and Laura Aikman will lead the company of the world premiere of BLOODSPORT: After Helen of Troy, playing at Stratford East from 3 September – 10 October 2026.
Directed by Stratford East Artistic Director Lisa Spirling in her directorial debut for the theatre, BLOODSPORT: After Helen of Troy reimagines the aftermath of one of mythology’s most famous stories. Years after walking out on her family, Helen returns home following a war fought in her name. As old wounds reopen and loyalties are tested, the true cost of a woman’s choice to leave her life behind is laid bare.
The cast includes Jay Taylor, joining Michelle Dockery and Laura Aikman in this highly anticipated new production.
