Biography

Michelle Morgan is a leading voice on mental health. She is the Founder of Pjoys, PJs with purpose and Co-Founder of the purpose-led business Livity, a 20-year-old award winning creative agency. She is winner of the Queens Award for Enterprise, the Lloyds National Business Awards and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards. She was featured in the Evening Standard Progress Makers as one of London’s top ten Changemakers and in 2018 she was invited to join the Society of Leadership Fellows at St George’s House, Windsor Castle. She is part of the Marketing4Change founding group, through the Marketing Society which is looking to remove mental health stigma and discrimination in the marketing and creative sector, part of 100stories.co.uk and also the Don’t Lose It campaign, which is seeking to create a kite mark for the investment and founder community. In September 2019 she was announced as an Ambassador for Mental Health First Aid England and in November 2019 she appeared in the Meaningful Business 100 amongst a global set of entrepreneurs and leaders leading the charge for sustainable and meaningful businesses.

Michelle has contributed to THE BOOK OF HOPE by Jonny Benjamin (Macmillan, Spring 2021) and released her first book, OWN YOUR OWN AWKWARD, with Trigger Publishing in 2021.
