Marcus Lee

Marcus Lee is a writer/director based in West Yorkshire, and is the founder of Reel Street Films, an independent film production company. He has produced a number of short films and feature films, including “Immental” and “Death and All His Friends”, the latter of which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. His work has a heavy focus on male mental health, psychology, dealing with depression and the meaning of life.

His most recent short, “Monster” a psychological thriller following a police detective is currently being screened at film festivals, and most recently has directed episodes of “Emmerdale” and “Coronation Street” on ITV. He will direct further episodes of the popular soap in 2025-2026 and is in the early stages of production on his next feature film.
