Biography
Jion is a self-taught illustrator who studied English Literature at Oxford. She grew up in Brighton but now lives in Paris with her husband and two children, Oscar and Stella. She works in a hut in the garden and loves collecting old French magazines and collaging them into her pictures. She mainly uses ink and watercolour and sometimes a bit of digital magic. When she’s not writing and illustrating stories, she is running her English language school – Anglofun – or eating pastries. Jion also plays the violin and likes to use it at events to bring her stories to life.
