Biography

Ian Ogilvy is best known as an actor – in particular for his takeover of the role of The Saint from Roger Moore. He has appeared in countless television productions, both in England and in the United States, has made a number of films and starred often on the London stage. He has written three novels – Loose Chippings, The Polkerton Giant and A Slight Hangover – and five award winning children’s books about his hero, Measle Stubbs. The Measle books have so far been translated into over twenty five languages and are sold all over the world. He lives in Southern California with his wife Kitty and two stepsons.

Ian’s first MEASLE book ‘Measle and The Wrathmonk’ won The Lincolnshire Young Readers Award and The Georgia Children’s Book Award.
