Henry Rowley

Henry Rowley is an actor, comedian and creator whose sharp comic instinct and quietly incisive writing have made him one of the most distinctive emerging voices in British comedy. Across Instagram and TikTok, his wry observational sketches and finely tuned characters – from the now‑iconic “Soho House guy” to the “music guy at afters” – have drawn an audience of nearly two million and established him as a leading figure in contemporary digital comedy.

Henry began performing in theatre from a young age, appearing in productions at Curve Leicester and later at the Drayton Arms Theatre. He returned to the stage at the Edinburgh Fringe with My Neighbours Are Kinda Weird, and made his stand‑up debut the same year in the creator‑led showcase Knock Knock.

His first solo show, Just Literally, premiered at the Pleasance and sold out its full Fringe run before touring nationally, including dates at Alexandra Palace and Richmond Theatre. The show received strong reviews for its mix of character work, physical comedy and assured stage presence.

Alongside his live work, Henry is building a growing screen career. He plays Will Gamewell in the Lionsgate/MGM+ series Robin Hood, starring Sean Bean and Connie Nielsen, and returns for the second series later this year. He has also completed two short films: What Feminism Is (dir. Emma Smith) and Chinese Takeaway (Curtain Bangs & Avalon), which is currently in post‑production.
