Biography

Gerry is an illustrator and printmaker with a special interest in natural history. He was born and raised in Glasgow where he studied Illustration at Glasgow School of Art, and then Natural History Illustration at the Royal College of Art. After graduating, he illustrated a book by Michael Morpurgo and worked on other book projects, which included a cover for The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Clients include Pentagram, Puffin Books, MET Studio Design, Egmont, David Fickling Books, Schwartz & Wade, Hodder Children’s Books and Nosy Crow.
