Emily Head

Emily is a British actress whose career spans across both stage and screen. She most recently starred in the second series of Acorn’s Whitstable Pearl and the fourth series of the BBC’s The Syndicate, created by Kay Mellor, as well as Drama Republic’s BBC miniseries Life. Prior to that, she played the series regular role of ‘Rebecca White’ on the long-running soap Emmerdale, appearing in over three hundred episodes. Further starring credits include Doctors (BBC), Rita, Doc Martin (ITV) and the iconic regular character of ‘Carli’ on the multi-award-winning television show The Inbetweeners (Channel 4), a role she subsequently reprised for The Inbetweeners Movie.

Emily wrote and performed The System for a single-shot livestream and received excellent reviews. Her other theatre credits include Coram Boy at the Bristol Old Vic and the Royal National Tour of An Inspector Calls.

Emily is soon to return to stage in the role of Cate in the Middle Child Theatre’s touring production of Isabelle.
