David Grindley

Stage Director

Biography

In the Autumn 2018, he recast his production of STILL ALICE to tour the UK with Sharon Small, recreating her performance as Alice.  Originally the production opened at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in February 2018.

This is a deceptively potent show. **** Daily Mail

David’s production of Tom Murphy’s THE GIGLI CONCERT was nominated for Best Production in the 2016 Irish Times Theatre Awards.

David’s 2007 Broadway production of JOURNEY’S END by R.C. Sherriff won the Tony Award for Best Revival.
