Damola is an actor, writer and director who filmed the role of Bahari Gama in the Marvel feature Kraven The Hunter, appearing alongside Russell Crowe and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. He also appeared in the role of Gideon in BBC Three series hit JUICE alongside Mawaan Rizwan. Prior to this, he played Lucas in ITVX’s investigative drama Murder in Provence. His other credits include Netflix’s Cursed, Paramount’s Berlin Station, and BBC’s EastEnders.
He is also a writer, director and producer, making his filmmaking debut with 2013’s award-winning Fela/Sidy (Winner of the Best Short Film category at Milan’s 23rd African, Asian and Latin American Film Festival in 2013). He is also known for Adaora Nwandu’s cult indie film Rag Tag (2006).
