Biography

Ben’s two short films have both premiered at the BFI Flare festival and have been screened at film festivals in the UK and internationally.  He is currently working on his first original TV pilot.

In 2020 Ben’s short film The Foreigner won the Grand Jury Competition at the Dances With Films independent film festival.

Festivals: BFI Flare, Leeds Queer Film Festival, Inside Out Toronto, North Carolina Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, New Renaissance London, Mix Copenhagen, Way Out West and Melbourne Queer Film Festival. The BFI programmed it to appear alongside teen queer blockbuster Love, Simon in May 2018 and it appears on Peccadillo’s yearly DVD Boys on Film 2019.
