Anna Miles

Anna is a writer-performer from Greater Manchester, who spent most of the pandemic working as a development exec in high end television for Vertigo films (Mammals, A Town Call Malice, Bulletproof, Britannia). She was long listed for the Funny Women Awards and has participated in various writer’s rooms including for Apple TV and Channel 4.   

With a passion for female-lead dramas that approach tough subjects through an irreverent lens, Anna is excited to see a shift in the British TV landscape and wants to see more authentic and unpredictable dramas written and lead by black creators.
