Biography
Ada Grey was lucky enough to grow up in an arty, bookish sort of household, and spent her childhood lying on the floor doodling.
When she realised that writing stories and drawing pictures could be a proper job, she knew she wanted to be an illustrator. After faffing about at college and working in the educational field, she spent time in a design studio working on cards, gifts and stationery before turning her hand to picture books.
She has drawn everything from princesses to pirates, dinosaurs to unicorns, and for some reason, lots and lots of poo!
Ada lives at the top of a steep hill by the seaside, and spends an inordinate amount of time in the garden.
