Sam is a playwright and screenwriter, currently studying for an MA in Screenwriting at the National Film and Television School.

Whilst an undergraduate at the University of Warwick, he co-founded a new-writing theatre company, Walrus, and wrote Walrus's debut production, Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons, which premiered at the Warwick Arts Centre in June 2015. It has since been performed to acclaim at 6 different venues across the country including sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and Camden People’s Theatre. The play is published by Nick Hern Books and had its London premiere in November 2015.

Sam is also represented by Scott Chaloff at WME.
