Sundance announces 2017 Premieres

The Sundance Film Festival revealed their line-up that will screen in it's Premieres, Documentary Premieres, Midnight and Spotlight sections. Among them are various projects involving a number of clients. 
 
Premiering this year is Danny Strong's REBEL IN THE RYE; a portrait of the life and mind of reclusive author J.D Salinger, starring the wonderful Lucy Boyton. 
 
THE BIG SICK also premieres, starring Anupam Kher. Directed by Michael Showalter, The Big Sick is based  on the real-life courtship: Pakistan-born comedian Kumail and grad student Emily fall in love, but they struggle as their cultures clash.
 
In the Spotlight program, the festival pays tribute to the cinema they love from throughout the past year. Taking centre stage is the critically acclaimed LADY MACBETH, written by Alice Birch and directed by William Oldroyd
 
The road trip drama POP AYE, executive produced by Anthony Chen, is the opening movie in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition section, as well as being up for several awards including the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize, World Cinema Directing Award and the Audience Prize.
 
The festival will take place from the 19th - 29th January 2017.
