Rose d’Or Festival Nominations Announced

The Rose d’Or revealed the nominations for this years’ awards ceremony, and we are thrilled to announce that the list features a wealth of nominations for UA Clients!

Nominated for best Comedy is Cunk On Britain, with Diane Morgan as Philomena Cunk, and with writing by Jason Hazeley and Joel Morris.

The Windsors with Ellie White is up for best Sitcom.

Nominations for best Drama series include; The Crown with Philip Martin directing the opening episodes and starring Daniel IngsMartin MarquezLizzy McInnerny and James Garnon, with episode two edited by Celia Haining, Peaky Blinders written & created by Steven Knight, stars Tom Hardy, Harry Kirton, Benjamin ZephaniahNatasha O’Keeffe and Jolyon Coy and Babylon Berlin, starring Misel Maticevic.

Up for best Limited Series and TV Movie are; Black Mirror with Douglas Hodge and Kiran Sonia Sawar, Murdered for Being Different with Christopher Coghill, Edited by Johnny Rayner, with Costume Design by Nigel EgertonHair and Make-up design by Jenna Wrage and Production Design by James Lapsley and A Very English Scandal, based on John Prestons novel, and stars Jason Watkins, with Production Design by Helen Scott, Director of Photography by Danny Cohen, Costume Design by Suzanne Cave, Hair & Make up by Daniel Phillips & Choreography by Francesca Jaynes.

In the Children and Youth category, both The Highway Rat with Tom Hollander, Overshadowed written by and starring Eva O’Connor, and Find Me in Paris with Christy O'Donnell are nominated. 

The winners will be announced at the 57th annual ceremony in Berlin on Thursday 13 September.
