We are over the moon to share that He Said/She Said by Erin Kelly and Persons Unknown by Susie Steiner feature among the eight titles picked for the Richard and Judy Book Club, run in association with W H Smith. This is both authors' second Richard & Judy pick, Susie's first having been detective Manon Bradshaw's first outing in Missing, Presumed in Autumn 2016, and Erin's having been her debut novel The Poison Tree back in 2011. Both have exploded straight into the Top Ten list just a week on from publication, and (not that we're keeping score) they are also the second and third best selling books on the Book Club list.

Reviewing He Said/She Said, Richard and Judy said:

One helluva story this; the twisted tale of an apparent rape during the total eclipse of the sun in Cornwall in 1999. Huge consequences flow from the incident (which is witnessed, reported and prosecuted). Erin Kelly’s wonderful misdirection and false leads keep you guessing to the end.

And of Persons Unknown, Richard and Judy said:

We knew the character of DI Manon Bradshaw would be back when we picked Susie Steiner’s Missing Presumed for our book club – and here she is again, in a chilling thrilling story of stabbing, death, and duplicity. A true page turner. You’ll love it.
