Daphne hits UK Cinemas 29th September

Daphne, the debut feature film of Golden Bear-winning Director Peter Mackie Burns (Best Short Film, Berlin International Film Festival 2005), will screen in UK Cinemas from 29th September. 

Written by Nico Mensinga and starring Ryan McParland, Timothy Innes, Karina Fernandez and Ritu Arya, the film, which is backed by the BFI, Creative Scotland and The Bureau, follows a young woman living in the capital whose life changes drastically after she witnesses a violent robbery.

With costumes by Nigel Egerton and hair and make-up by Nicole Stafford, the film is due to hit cinema screens later in the year. The film also features Agatha A. Nitecka, Stills Photographer on the production,
