Kirsteen O’Sullivan is an accomplished journalist and television presenter, with a natural ability to engage with her audience in an entertaining and easily relatable way. She brings an infectious positive energy, genuine warmth and intelligence to any role she undertakes. From reporting to anchoring in studio, she is confident and at ease in all broadcast situations.
Originally from Fife in Scotland, Kirsteen is based in London and works across a wide range of productions, including the Premier League’s match day coverage. She was the presenter of McLaren’s ‘Mission Control’, complimenting the F1 season. She is also the face of TV3’s flagship motoring show in Ireland. In addition, Kirsteen has worked on a number for TV Pilots for the UK and Ireland, reflecting her demand as a rising face in television.
Previously, Kirsteen fronted the Champions and Europa League shows for TV3 and anchored the daily entertainment show, Xpose. She worked as a news reporter and presenter for eight years, in Belfast, Glasgow and Dublin covering big breaking stories in entertainment, news and sport. Kirsteen has interviewed a variety of high profile politicians, musicians and actors, with the aptitude to tackle both hard and lighter subjects. She appeared as the main female prankster on BBC1’s Prime Time hidden camera show, Just for Laughs, for five seasons.
Kirsteen has hosted many large sporting events, including the Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline at the O2 during the London 2012 Olympics, FIFA’s Women in Football Conference in Rome, the launch of the U17 Women’s World Cup in Azerbaijan, the Europa League Final in Dublin and the Dublin Super Cup, a pre-season football tournament involving Manchester City, Inter Milan and Celtic.
Kirsteen’s passions naturally include sport. She loves surfing and regularly visits Cornwall, the Highlands of Scotland and Ireland in search of waves. She is an advocate for animal rights and supports Dogs Trust.
